Terms of sale

1. About us

  1. These terms apply to your use of testready.sg (the "Site") and to any purchase of a practice test pack.
  2. The Site is run by [SELLER / BUSINESS NAME], [ADDRESS], New Zealand, [NZBN / COMPANY NUMBER] ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
  3. The Site is an independent practice platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Council for Estate Agencies, the Singapore College of Insurance, the Monetary Authority of Singapore, the Singapore Police Force, any driving centre, any Home Team agency or any other government body or exam provider. Our questions are original practice questions and are not taken from any official exam.
  4. You need an internet-connected device and an up-to-date web browser. You do not need an account.

2. What you buy and the price

  1. We offer a free sample test and paid full practice packs (a "Pack") for individual exams.
  2. Prices are shown in Singapore dollars (SGD). We are not registered for GST in Singapore, so no GST is added. If this changes, we will show prices including GST before you pay.
  3. A Pack gives you access to that test for 28 days (4 weeks) from the date of purchase. It is a one-off payment. It does not renew and you will not be charged again.

3. Buying and payment

  1. The contract is made when your payment is completed.
  2. Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (cards, and Apple Pay or Google Pay where available). We never see your full card details.
  3. After payment you get access to the Pack on screen and an access link at the email address you gave at checkout. The link is for your personal use.

4. Refunds

  1. A Pack is digital content delivered immediately after payment. Singapore law does not give a general cooling-off period for online purchases, and before paying you confirm that you want access straight away.
  2. If a Pack does not work as described (for example you cannot open it, or it does not contain what this Site says it contains) and we cannot fix the problem within a reasonable time, we will give you a full refund. Email us within [14] days of purchase with the email address you used at checkout.
  3. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 or any other law that cannot be excluded by contract.

5. Complaints

  1. If you are unhappy, email [email protected] with a description of the problem and the email address used at checkout. We aim to reply within 2 working days.
  2. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) or use the Small Claims Tribunals.

6. Using the Site

  1. The content of the Site is protected by copyright. You may not copy, resell or share it, or share your access link with other people.
  2. The Site is for study and practice only. A score on the Site does not guarantee any result in a real exam or selection process. Always check the latest official syllabus and rules with the exam provider.

7. General

  1. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.
  2. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. This choice of law does not remove any protection you have under laws that cannot be excluded by contract.
